Today is February 7th, pattern release day.🎉 Over the next few days, I'll be sharing the tutorials for this year's pattern. If you're new to Mosaic knitting, an in-depth tutorial on mosaic knitting in the round is on its way!

To kick things off, I've shared a tutorial for my most-used cast-on method, the German Twisted Cast-On (aka Old Norwegian). The cast-on produces a neat edge with a LOT of stretch; perfect for hats!
