👋🏼 Hi there, and welcome!

I'm so glad you found your way to Nomadic Knits — a boutique knitting magazine and joyful corner of the fiber world. 

🌍 The Story (So Far):

Nomadic Knits began in 2018 as a labor of love between two friends, Becky Beagell (← that's me!) and Melissa Kemmerer — a dreamer and a designer with big plans and even bigger yarn stashes. Together, we brought twelve beautiful magazines into the world, collaborating with talented artists from across the globe.

In 2022, Melissa followed her heart into full-time design over at Melissa K Designs, while I continued to grow Nomadic Knits into a cozy hub for knit-alongs, curated treasures, and creative connections.

That’s right — Nomadic Knits is the official home of the Twelve Days of Knitmas Mystery Knit-Along! Each year, starting on December 26th, thousands of knitters from around the world cast on together, learn something new, cheer each other on, and create something beautiful — all while shaking off the holiday chaos.

It’s joyful. It’s magical. And it’s one of my favorite traditions. ✨
