Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 business days to let you know your order is on the way! 

 

Nomadic Knits uses calculated shipping rates to find you the best rate available.  Shipping charges for  your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer FREE SHIPPING in the U.S. on all orders over $125.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We currently offer international shipping to Canada.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Nomadic Knits is not responsible for these charges. They are your responsibility as the customer.

Knitmas Kits are drop-shipped from different locations depending on where you live. Detailed shipping information is available on the product listing page.


Exchanges

We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange, send us an email at hello@nomadicknits.com and we will help you out!



Returns

Qualifying purchases may be returned for up to 30 days. 

To be eligible for a return, your item should be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition it was received.

Some items are non-returnable: 

  • Gift cards
  • Digital downloads
  • Final sale items
  • Bath and Body Products (Lotions, Lip Balms...)
  • Earrings
  • Perishables (Tea, Candy...)

Buyer is responsible for shipping costs when returning an item. The original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
