Freia's Semi-Solid Sport Wool Yarn is a 100% wool yarn blend of Rambouillet, Corriedale, and Columbia wool from sheep raised by small farmers in the Colorado Rockies.

The fibers are worsted spun into a single ply yarn that is surprisingly strong, yet still lofty. The fibers have a micron count of 22 to 24, making it soft to the touch while retaining its artisanal nature, emphasized by Freia's hand-dyeing technique.

Freia Sport Wools are great for felting. Please hand wash for non-felted items.
