The 2026 Knitmas in July Knit-Along pattern is easy to memorize and hard to put down - perfect for summer knitting! The pattern uses variations of the Old Shale motif to create a rectangle shawl, knit on the bias with clean i-cord edges.

The shawl was inspired by the rolling waves where the sea meets the shore. In the pattern, the waves show up in the different rhythms of the Old Shale motif. In the kit, the sheen of the Super Silky contrast colors is reminiscent of sunlight glinting off the water as it rolls into the shore.

🤔 Why doesn't the kit include the pattern? 
The pattern is available for purchase on Ravelry and NomadicKnits.com. Many knitters have a strong preference as to where they purchase and store their knitting patterns. This gives you the ability to choose whichever option makes sense for you.

• US Kits begin shipping the second week of June.

• Canada Kits will ship as soon as possible.

• You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your order ships.

📬 ORDER DEADLINES:

• Canada orders: We will ship your order as soon as possible. We expect that orders received by June 1st will arrive in plenty of time for a July 1 cast-on.

• US orders: Order by June 18 to receive your kit in time for our July 1st cast-on.

Note: Canadian orders may incur duties or handling fees upon arrival.

• The Knitmas in July pattern is sold separately from the kit. 

• We do our best to represent yarn colors accurately. Some colors may appear slightly different in person due to the variations of hand-dyed yarn and how different digital devices display color. For optimal viewing, be sure the brightness on your screen is turned up.

• We cannot wind yarn, gift wrap, customize kits, or swap out items. Thank you for understanding.💕
