The Beautifully Basic Tee is knit top-down, in one piece, seamlessly. This knitting pattern is size-inclusive and includes directions for long sleeves as well!

This beautiful basic is the simplest version of a knitted tee; a blank canvas to let the yarn shine, a perfect design for beginners, for social knitting, of for binge watching your favorite show.

Sizes: XS (S, M, L, XL, 2XL) [3XL, 4XL, 5XL, 6XL]. Shown in size Small with no ease.

Finished Measurements: 28 (32, 36, 40, 44, 48) [52, 56, 60, 64]”/ 70 (80, 90, 100, 110, 120) [130, 140, 150, 160]cm.

Yarn: fingering weight: 620 (750, 910, 1070, 1225, 1380) [1510, 1630, 1745, 1850] yards/ 570 (690, 835, 980, 1125, 1265) [1380, 1490, 1595, 1690] meters.

Gauge: 28 stitches and 31 rounds = 4”/10cm in Stockinette stitch, blocked and dried.

Needles: US 4/3.5mm or size to obtain gauge, in 24”/60cm circular and 12”/30cm circular (or DPNs) and US 3/3.25mm or 1 size smaller than gauge needle – 16”/40cm circular and 12”/30cm circular (or DPNs).

Notions: 4 stitch markers, scrap yarn, tapestry needle to weave in ends.
